Alberta Laser Hair Removal Course For Home MedSpas & Dermatology Clinics Updated

Nov 20, 2023

Beginner aestheticians can now become fully certified to work from home or in a local clinic with as little as one week of in-person training required, using this updated Basic Aesthetics program from the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (844-337-6975).

In a new update to its popular Basic Training program, the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy can help students become fully certified to perform MedSpa techniques either from a home spa or in a local clinic, with only one week of in-class training required.

More information about changes to the Basic Training, certifications for home MedSpas, and a full list of procedures taught at the Dermysk Academy can be found at https://academy.dermysk.com/

The updated course allows each student to complete the course while working at their own pace, and at their own convenience, from any device with an internet connection. On average, the Dermysk Academy suggests that students require about 7 weeks to complete the online schooling before enrolling in one week of practical training at the nearest Dermysk location.

During this practical training, students will be required to attend daily classes at a Dermysk Academy to get hands-on instruction with each MedSpa technique and tool. Each student will work with a variety of simulated and real clients to gain real-world experience with popular MedSpa procedures, while supervised by a Dermysk specialist.

At the end of the Basic Training, graduates will be fully certified and experienced with approximately a dozen MedSpa procedures. The exact procedures taught in a class may vary, and a full list of classes, techniques, and Dermysk locations can be found on the Academy website.

All graduates will be able to enter the workforce immediately, with an option to return to the Dermysk Academy at any time for training in more complex techniques, with the Advanced class. This class requires at least 5 years of MedSpa experience, or graduation from the Basic Training, and explores several of the most sought-after, and difficult, aesthetic procedures.

Graduates from the Advanced class will be certified in even the most complex procedures allowable to non-healthcare professionals, including Cool Sculpting, laser gynecology, and stem cell treatments.

A Dermysk spokesperson explained, “Our Advanced Medical Aesthetics course will take your skills to new heights, teaching you advanced techniques, personalized treatment planning, and the art of achieving exceptional results. Elevate your aesthetic services, gain the confidence to tackle complex cases, and become a sought-after expert in the industry.”
