As with the previous series of classes, the latest installment of NeuroDynamic Institute’s breath coach training program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge to facilitate online and in-person breath workshops under the NeuroDynamic name. Classes will begin on March 2, 2024, and end in August of the same year.

Featuring live online training, 350 hours of study material, and a panel of instructors who have facilitated over 1,000 online breathwork sessions, NeuroDynamic Institute’s six-month certification course focuses on helping participants develop skills that are essential for leading breath workshops. Lessons will also cover the foundations of breathwork, which include a brief history of the practice, the science behind it, and how it can be integrated into health plans for the participant and their potential clients. As NeuroDynamic Institute strongly believes that heightened self-awareness contributes to positive interactions between people, a third of the curriculum will also be dedicated to personal development.
Students will learn how to conduct breathwork sessions with the unique NeuroDynamic modality, a non-directive approach wherein facilitators support the breathing process without interfering with it. This modality is accompanied by music sets that have been selected based on scientific evidence that they enhance breathwork, and throughout the course, students will receive tutelage on how to choose music for their own workshops. Additionally, the training program will provide professional guidance on promoting workshops, developing a client base, workshop preparation, legal paperwork, effective space setup, and other aspects of managing a breathwork business.
